At Bargara, we believe junior golf is about more than just learning a swing – it’s about building confidence,
making new mates, enjoying the outdoors, and discovering a sport for life. With the support of parents, volunteers,
and our club professionals, every junior has the chance to play, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive environment.
Junior’s Golf News
Play On! Sports Vouchers.
The Play On! Sports Vouchers program is a Queensland Government initiative giving families up to $200 per child (aged 5–17) each financial year to cover membership or activity fees with registered providers.
Bargara Golf Club is a registered provider – so juniors can use Play On! vouchers towards their membership or participation.

Monthly Golf Clinics
As part of our Junior Membership, members receive Monthly Golf Clinics at no extra cost.
These clinics are run with the fantastic support of Shaun and Natalie Piper at the On Course Golf Pro Shop,
giving juniors the chance to learn new skills, boost their game, and have plenty of fun along the way.
Juniors Competitions And Divisions
Junior Competitions are held Sunday mornings, starting between 7am to 8am depending on the division you play in. The cost to play is $5 per round. New Juniors will be reviewed and placed in divisions they feel comfortable in.

- Boys & Girls — 13 Holes
- Boys & Girls — 9 Holes
- Boys & Girls — 6 Holes from Red tees
- Boys & Girls — 6 Holes from 150 metres
